In an emergency, call 911 first. We’re not an emergency service.
To report someone, use Report in the app. It goes straight to our safety team. Real people review every report and respond as soon as possible, urgent safety reports first.
Questions
When does the app launch?
We’re launching in Calgary, Canmore and Banff first, then more cities across Canada. The app isn’t in the App Store or Google Play yet. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when it’s ready.
Who is Allez Club for?
Women who want people to train with, and non-binary people are welcome too. You need to be 18 or older. It’s sport first: running, climbing, ski touring, yoga, pickleball and more. It isn’t a dating app: Allez Club is for training partners, crews and friends, and dating or hook-up requests get accounts removed.
Why do I only see a round face photo?
Cards are face-first, so sport, level, rhythm and words lead, not looks. Once you’re connected (a match, the same session, or the same circle of up to 8), you see each other’s full photos. In bigger circles, members see each other’s photos once they’re both invited to the same session, and the organizers see their members’ photos.
How does verification work?
You take a quick live selfie when you join, right after adding your photos. It’s compared with your main photo and gives an age estimate, so everyone you match or meet is a real person, an adult, and looks like their photos. You need it before you can swipe and match. If it doesn’t match, pick another main photo or try again; after 3 tries our team checks your photos by hand within 1 to 3 business days. The ID check is optional and free: you check a government photo ID against a live selfie. It’s needed if the age estimate is under 25, to run a circle above 8 or be a co-host, and for the waitlist gift. Our verification partner handles the images; we keep only the results. More about verification.
What’s the difference between Selfie verified and ID verified?
Selfie verified means a live selfie matched the member’s profile photos: a real person, with their own photos. No ID was shared. ID verified means they also checked a government photo ID against a live selfie. Both are free on every plan. ID verified members get the ID verified badge, can use the “ID verified only” filter and are seen by members who use it. The filter shows only ID verified members and is free on every plan, once you’ve verified your own ID.
Is Allez Club free?
Yes. Swiping, matching (after the quick selfie check), chatting and joining the circles and sessions you’re invited to are free, and so is every safety tool. Paid plans add extras like filters, more undos, your own circles and sessions, insights, and tools for run clubs and crews. You always see the price in the app before you buy. Compare plans.
How do I report or block someone?
Report and block are two taps away on every card, chat, circle and session. The person is never told who reported them. You can see and unblock people in You → Settings → Blocked people.
How does Allez Club help me stay safe at a session?
Sessions happen at public places, and the exact spot is shared only once you’re both confirmed. Share my plan sends a trusted friend the time, place and who’s coming. After the session you check in. Tap Not okay if something felt off and our team follows up.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions run through Apple or Google, so you cancel them there. In the app: You → Settings → Subscription → Manage in the App Store (or Manage in Google Play). Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Premium+ Lifetime never renews, so there’s nothing to cancel.
I have a new phone. How do I get my plan back?
Sign in with the same email you used when you bought it, then tap Restore purchases on the plans screen. A purchase belongs to the Allez Club account that bought it, so it can’t be restored onto a different account. If the app says your purchase belongs to another account, sign in with the email you used to buy it.
Is there a gift for joining the waitlist?
Yes. The first 100 people in each city on the waitlist get their first year of Premium free.
How to get it: confirm your email when you join the waitlist. When the app opens, create your account with that same email and do the free ID check. Your free year starts as soon as your ID is verified. There’s no code to enter.
Not in the first 100? You can still get it. When someone ahead of you leaves the waitlist, their spot goes to the next person in line. If that’s you, your free year starts the day you get the spot.
Good to know: you need to be on the waitlist before you create your app account. Premium+ Lifetime members don’t get it, since they already have more. If you unsubscribe before you receive it, you give it up; once you have it, it’s yours. Joined the app with a different email, or with Sign in with Apple? Write to us from your waitlist email and we’ll add it by hand. The full offer.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You → Settings → Your data → Delete my account. You have 30 days to change your mind. Everything about deleting your account.
